A key focus of our long-term development plan is establishing dedicated training hubs across all the regions we support. By creating accessible spaces for athletes to train, we aim to strengthen weightlifting within our community and grow the sport throughout the wider region.
As we continue to expand, we're committed to providing more opportunities for athletes to engage in the sport and build strength together.
MWWC members are welcome to train at Hānana Fitness both as a member, or drop in. Training sessions are Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:30 to 7:00 PM, where you'll find a supportive and inclusive environment to develop your skills and connect with the weightlifting community.
